FRIED BOLOGNA

Image
Ingredients Bologna- Any kind will do. Some people prefer thick, deli-sliced bologna and others are fine with pre-packaged bologna. Bread- Fried bologna sandwiches have been traditionally made with white bread, however any bread is fine. Sliced Cheese Mayo/mustard Tomato Onion FRIED BOLOGNA Spray your skillet or heat a small amount of oil on medium-high. While your skillet is heating up prepare your bologna. If you bought bologna from a deli you won’t need to remove the red rim, but if you are using Bar S or Oscar Meyer you will need peel away the red rim and discard it. Spread the mayo or mustard (or dressing of your choice) across your buns, and slice any vegetables you might like to add. Bologna cooks fairly fast so it is best to be prepared before you toss it in the pan. Once you have removed the red rim toss the bologna in the frying pan. It sizzles like any other sausage. You will soon notice the center is beginning to bubble. As soon as you notice the bubble cut two slits in the...

Pepperoni Pizza Meatloaf

Image
Pepperoni Pizza Meatloaf Meatloaf plus pizza equals winning, if you ask me! This is one of those recipes that nobody will guess is keto, and they won’t notice that you used almond flour instead of breadcrumbs in the mix. 2-Ingredient Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

Image
2-Ingredient Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge My brother, this past Christmas, cobbled up a tasty sweet peanut butter fudge. He found the recipe from Youtube. To me, this was more of a food hack of sorts. It worked out well. Ingredients: 1 Creamy Peanut Butter (16 oz) 1 Sugar Free Creamy Vanilla Frosting (15 oz) Direction: Step 1 Remove peanut butter and frosting from their respective container and into a large microwavable bowl. The video below shows a direct microwaving from the original containers. That's probably not the safest way to go. Step 2 Microwave till just soft / slightly melted. Should be about a minute or so depending on your microwave oven. Step 3 Mix peanut butter and frosting thoroughly. Pour content onto a 9x12 baking pan lined with parchment paper and even up the top with a spatula, if necessary. Step 4 Refrigerate for 2 hours or, better yet, overnight. Lift using the parchment paper for easy slicing. Serve and enjoy! You can be creative when using this food hack...

Turn the dish frequently to evenly coat the bottom. Step 4 In a bowl, whisk the eggs, condensed and evaporated milks and vanilla. Pour mixture into the pie dish with caramelized sugar. Step 5 Bake in oven for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15-20 minutes. Step 6 By now, it is ready for serving and can be devoured right off the pie dish. But for presentation, pop them out of the pie dish by pl...
