To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients: You’ll Need: Ingredients: ¼ cup of flour. 1 lb of beef liver. ¼-½ cup of butter. ½ tsp of salt. ⅛ tsp of pepper. Oil. 1-2 tbsp of fresh minced sage. 2 cups of thinly sliced onions. ½ cup of beef stock. 1 tbsp of minced Italian parsley. ¼ cup of dry white wine. How to: Directions: In a bag, mix together the flour, salt and pepper then put the liver (sliced into ½ inch strips) in the bag and shake to coat. BAKED BEEF AND BEAN ENCHILADAS Ingredients 1 lb ground beef, browned 1/2 onion-med. minced 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies 1/2 cup beef broth 1 (14 ounce) can mild enchilada sauce 8 -9 flour tortillas 3 -4 cups shredded cheese, mexican, mozzerella or cheddar Directions: Step 1. Brown the ground beef and onion. Step 2.  Stir in taco seasoning mix, refried beans, green chilies, beef broth, and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. Step 3. Cook on medium heat until thick. Step 4.  Stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Step 5. Fill each tortilla with about 1/3 cup of the mixture and a small handful of cheese. Step 6. Roll tight and place them seam side down, side by side in a 13x9-inch baking pan. Step 7. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Step 8. Crockpot Chicken & Gravy Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts and Gravy is the ultimate comfort food. Easy crockpot recipe for tender chicken and yummy gravy made with cream of chicken soup. Ingredients 2 packets chicken gravy mix 1 can cream of Chicken Soup 1 can of water 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper (I did not measures the seasoning, I just put a good coating on the chicken) 3 whole chicken breasts, boneless skinless (about a pound) 1/2 cup sour cream Instructions Step 1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika place in slow cooker. Wisk together the water, gravy packets, soup, until smooth Step 2. Pour mixture over chicken. Step 3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. (Mine cooked 4.5 hours) Step 4. When done, carefully remove chicken, shred or cut as desired. Step 5. Whisk the sour cream into the slow cooker until smooth and serve over chicken. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired....
