Whisk the mixture until it reaches 160 degrees using a candy or instant read thermometer. Basic Homemade Bread Equipment Needed Bosch Stand Mixer Glass Bread Pans Ingredients 1 package active dry yeast 2-1/4 cups water, 110° to 115° 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoons butter, melted - or use oil 6 cups flour, may need up to 7 - bread flour is best Instructions In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon of the sugar in the warm water. Let stand until the surface gets foamy and bubbly - about 10 minutes. Whisk together remaining sugar, salt, and 3 cups of the flour. Stir cooled butter into yeast mixture then pour into flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour, a little at a time, to form a soft dough. Ingredients: 1 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined 8 Tbs. butter (1 stick), melted 3 cloves garlic, minced (my addition) 1 packet of Good Seasons Italian all natural seasoning 1 1/2 lemon, sliced into circles 1 Tbs. dried parsley leaves 1 tsp. black pepper, ground Directions: ⇆ Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, and pour into a 9×111 inch glass casserole dish, spreading it all over the bottom of the dish. Arrange the lemon slices on top of butter, forming a single layer. Arrange the cleaned and deveined shrimp on top of the lemon slices. Sprinkle the Italian Seasoning over the shrimp. Sprinkle the parsley flakes and pepper on top of that. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Ingredients 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine 1 pound shrimp (I used 31-40 count size) thawed & peeled, tails optional 2 tablespoons butter 4 ounces cream cheese (I used 1/2 block Philly) softened & cut into smaller pieces 3/4 cup heavy/whipping cream 1/4 cup chicken broth 2 large cloves garlic minced 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese Salt & pepper to taste Instructions Take the cream cheese out of the fridge so it has a chance to soften up. Prep your shrimp. Start boiling a salted pot of water for the fettuccine. Cook it al dente according to package directions. Meanwhile, add the butter, cream cheese, cream, chicken broth, and garlic to a skillet over medium heat. Ingredients SERVES 8 1lb gluten-free short cut pasta 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded then chopped 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded then chopped 6oz pepperoni, chopped (I like Applegate Farms) 2.25oz can sliced olives, drained 1 recipe Salad Supreme Seasoning (see notes, OR 1/2 - 3/4 bottle McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning if dish does not need to be GF) 1 recipe Italian Vinaigrette (see notes, OR 1 large bottle Kraft Zesty Italian if dish does not need to be GF) Directions Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool pasta. Add pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoni, black olives, Salad Supreme Seasoning, and 3/4 of the Italian Salad Dressing to a large bowl then toss to combine.
