While refrigerating, cook the bacon in a large skillet until brown and crispy then remove it leaving the grease in the skillet. Sauté the chicken in the grease for 3 to 5 minutes per side and arrange the breasts in a 9×13 casserole dish. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise and dried onion flakes then pour some mustard over each breast. Add a layer of mushrooms, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
