Ingredients : 6 eggs, separated 1 ½ cups sugar, divided 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons water 1 ¾ cup flour ½ teaspoon salt 16 oz carton heavy whipping cream (more if you want to decorate) ½ cup confectioners’ sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 5 cups sliced fresh strawberries Directions : Separate the eggs and place the egg whites in a large mixing bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. (This helps them whip up better.) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks until slightly thickened. Gradually add ¾ cup of sugar, whisking well until thick and lemon colored. Beat in the lemon juice, oil. and water. Combine the flour and salt and add to the yolk mixture. CHOCOLATE FILLED CAKE Ingredients: ⁣250gr chocolate ⁣180gr butter⁣ 375gr sugar⁣ 3 eggs⁣ 200gr leavening flour⁣ 40gr bitter cocoa ⁣ 250cc hot water⁣ Filling: 100gr butter ⁣ 100gr dulce de leche (arequipe) ⁣100gr chocolate melted in a bain-marie⁣ 100gr whipped cream⁣ 2 tablespoons instant coffee café Bitter cocoa to sprinkle⁣ Preparation: ⁣ 1) Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler (take care that the water does not touch the container so that the chocolate does not spoil), ⁣ ⁣ 2) Place in a bowl, add the sugar, the eggs one by one, the flour and the cocoa, add, little by little, always mixing and add the hot water. ⁣ ⁣ 3) Pour into a buttered pan and take to an oven with medium-low flame, the test to see if it is is to move it and keep it still. INGREDIENTS : 1 can cherry pie filling 1/2 cup butter 16 ounces Sour Cream 8 ounces Cream Cheese 16 ounces marshmallows 2 regular size keebler ready graham pie crusts (save plastic as cover) Directions : 1. In med-large bowl mix together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and set aside. 2. On stove top melt stick of butter and mix in marshmallows little at a time until smooth. 3. Quickly add marshmallow mix into the sour cream / cream cheese mix and quickly mix those together. 4. Pour equal amount of cheesecake into each of the ready pie crusts. Cover the pies with the plastic that came with the pie Place in fridge overnight. 5. Once pie is firm you may top with cherry pie filling or any other fruit you may want to top pie with. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For the salad: 2 cups (8 oz. or 225g) dry elbow macaroni 1 cup cooked shredded chicken 1/4 cup grated carrots 1/4 cup finely chopped chives 1/3 cup diced dill pickles 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper 1/3 cup finely diced celery 1/3 cup finely chopped black olives For the dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 5 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons sugar salt and freshly ground black pepper , to taste Instructions In a large pot of boiling lightly salted water, cook macaroni according to package instructions. This lasagna was really good. I liked the cottage cheese way better than the ricotta and it didnt even taste like cottage cheese no one knew the difference. The only thing that i would mention is that i think it needed more sauce. so next time i will make more sauce other that that fantastic! and im still giving it five starts because i couldnt stop eating and thinking about it. Crock Pot Northern Beans & Ham

Ingredients: 1 - 16 oz package package dried northern beans  2 - 3 meaty ham hocks, shank or use a meaty ham bone (about 1 1/2 lbs) 1 - small onion, diced water, enough to cover beans  1 - packet Goya ham flavored concentrate, optional but so good 1 - bay leaf  salt & pepper to taste 1/4 - 1/3 - cup light brown sugar Directions : Sort the beans for any pebbles and rinse them under cold water. Soak the beans for 3 hours in a large bowl. Drain and rinse the beans.  Add the the rinsed beans, onion, salt, pepper, bay leaf and ham shanks, hocks or ham (chopped into large chunks) into the crock pot. Add enough water or water and broth to cover the beans by about 2 inches. (about 6 - 8 cups) add the goya ham concentrate if using.  Cover and cook on high for the first hour then turn the crock pot to low and cook for an additional 4 hours or until the beans are tender and a bit creamy. INGREDIENTS 1 Tablespoon brown sugar 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon Thyme, ground 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon sea salt 1 lime zest 2 Pound Shrimp, in shell 3 Tablespoon olive oil INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Combine spices, salt, and lime zest in a small bowl and mix. Place shrimp into a large bowl, then drizzle in the olive oil, add the spice mixture and toss to combine, making sure every shrimp is kissed with deliciousness. STEP 2 When ready to cook, set the temperature to 450°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes STEP 3 Arrange the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side, until firm, opaque, and cooked through. A much requested chicken recipe! Easy to double for a large group. Delicious! Ingredients 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon cold water ½ cup white sugar ½ cup soy sauce ¼ cup cider vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced ½ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 12 skinless chicken thighs Directions   Step 1 In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and ground black pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.   Step 2 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).   Step 3 Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce. Turn pieces over, and brush again.   Step 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking.

IRISH COFFEE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients COCOA FUDGE CAKE 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour or 2 cups cake flour 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2/3 cups cocoa 1/2 cups vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups buttermilk OR 2 Tbsp vinegar in 1 1/2 cups milk 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs IRISH COFFEE BUTTERCREAM 1/2 cup Baileys or other Irish Cream Liqueur 2 packets ~2 tsp instant coffee 1 cup unsalted butter 3-4 cups sifted powdered sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp vanilla extract Instructions IRISH COFFEE PREP Pour your Baileys into a microwave safe cup or bowl, and add the instant coffee. Microwave for about 20 seconds, and then stir. Repeat if necessary. The instant coffee should be completely dissolved. Set aside. IT MUST BE ROOM TEMPERATURE OR COLD BEFORE YOU ADD IT TO YOUR BUTTERCREAM. Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil, divided 4 green peppers, cut in half 1 (8oz) sirloin steak 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms 1/2 red pepper, sliced 1 small red onion, sliced 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut green peppers in half and de-seed them. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in a 9x13 dish covered with tin foil for 10 minutes. Add remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large frying pan and heat over high heat until oil is smoking. Add steak, season with salt & pepper, then sear for 1 minute per side. Remove from heat and slice very thinly across the grain when cool enough to handle. In same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until they start to release juices.
